Ebi fumi furikake
This is a great seasoning if you like the taste of shrimp on your rice. It isn’t too (fishy),just enough for me.It contains sesame, milk, crustacean shellfish (shrimp), soy, wheat, and egg.

Excellent fresh flavor for fish, eggs, rice
I've used this condiment for several years now. It goes well with a variety of foods. Good flavor but not too strong.

Tasty stuff
It's a tasty seasoning but the California warning about consuming lead is alarming. I don't think I will purchase this product again.

I usually buy these from the Asian supermarkets, but decided to try ordering through Amazon (since these can be stored and transported at room temperature) for conveniences sake. the product came quickly in nice packaging. Price is comparable to that of the same product in the store. Will def be ordering more of these through Amazon! On a side note, the "Ebi Fumi" flavor is a bit sweet. I personally prefer the "Salmon" flavor, which is very similar but more salty and savory. I love using them on my spam+egg rice balls. Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy or simply have no appetite, I just warm up some rice and sprinkle this on top for a quick meal - 0% nutrition, 100% delicious!

Just ok
This ebi version has been around for a while and it’s ok. The katsuo is better. I would opt for some of the American produced furikake that is becoming more available.

Just mmmmm
This stuff is so good on steamed rice! Dip your onigiri in it. Also great on eggs or noodles. Or eggs AND noodles. One of my faves is omelette roll: make sushi rice, spread on nori sheet, top with a strip of omelette, shake any flavor of furikake on top and roll up. Substitute cooked ramen noodles for the rice for a different taste and texture.
