Recovering from having a cyst removed and this is helping with recovering my strength and preventing any stiffness. I wish there was a way to adjust the length without increasing the weight.

good quality. my forearms burn
so i decided that repping the highest weight on each hand for an hour was a good idea when i got this. it wasn't. it was a horrible idea. my forearms are so sore. it slips off my pinky a little and doesn't work my thumb very much but, my grip is sore from using this thing. one of the loops for the weight attachment looks like it has a tear in it but it doesn't feel like it'll break anytime soon. solid rubber and the wrist strap is comfortable.
