I am very impressed with this, especially for the price. The bag is larger than expected, and the quality of the freeze dried raspberries are fantastic. The taste packs a punch, perfect for bakes.

I have used freeze dried raspberries before, (not this brand).I purchased these from Confectious, because they looked good,were well packaged and the price reasonable.I use them for many things, toppings on cereal, yogurts,smoothies, etc., they are very versatile.I am always happy to support small business's,and i wish Confectious every success in the future.Many thanks

We have used this before and it’s great in cakes etc. However, the delivery was, as often happens - only by amazon - was left on a slab outside the garage. Even Evri/Hermes manage to find their way to the HOUSE.Unfortunately, though unsurprisingly, Amazon do not give any option to complain about deliveries, despite asking if the delivery was Great or Not so Great. Rant over.Anyway, the rasps are good in cakes.

I liked the bright colour and the flavour will add to my White Choc ganache covered cake.

These have such a great raspberry flavour and they are versatile too. I’ve used them in baking, over ice cream and in cocktails too.
