I love these, I'm getting ready to order my 3rd bottle. I have a hard time falling asleep and not all sleep aids work for me as well as these. Within 30 minutes my eyes get heavy I feel relaxed and I'm ready to fall asleep.

I've tried many sleep aids, Carlyle 12mg Melantonin tablets, Alteril, Relaxium, Z-Quill regular formula, Z-Quil PURE ZZZ and Benedryl tablets which sll perform well to some extent but I would only sleep for a short while, maybe 2 hours and I'd waken . The NEW Zquill formula in PURE ZZZ De-stress & Sleep made all the difference. I sleep the full night. I belive I can attribute the effectiveness of this new Zzz-Quill product to the addition of Ashwaghandha to its formula.I have to warn about any sleep products that Icontain melantonin because it may affect blood pressure medication. I am on a beta blocker medication and have not experienced any negative effects whatsoever. Please try this product and save some wasted time hunting down an effective sleep aid. The only draw back is the flavor of the hummers. It has a little strange flavor but it not horrible tasting and somewhat sweet. As a truck driver every night when I stop driving, I usually have quite a bit of stress and struggle to fall asleep. This seems to be a very good way to slow my mind down and get the stress to kind of calm down and help me doze off.

These work very well for me and my wife. I have a sleep disorder and find them helpful to be able to fall asleep at normal people times. The flavor isn't super great but it isn't awful and it doesn't last long. Definitely make sure that you have at minimum 8 hours to sleep if you take one because waking up with any less than that will ensure a groggy feeling that will last several hours after you wake up. They help me feel relaxed shortly after taking them and fall asleep quickly as well as stay asleep most of the night.

I like these. I do think they are a bit on the super sweet side.

Product helps get you to sleep but I do wake around 3 or 4 am when using it.
