An important device to have when you are chronically unwell
Good value for money. Performed well in comparison with a “professional oximeter” when paramedics visited recently.

A very good Oximeter
The media could not be loaded. In this box the two batteries are included with the Oximeter to install, however when fitted not 100% full, about 98%.There are several ways on the screen to use the oximeter. Buyers can decide which way is best for them to use. So it is good for left handed people, as well as right handed. So the screen function can turn around, like in my little video. The instructions are minuscule. I had to try and read them with a magnifying glass, but still hard to see. So I found taking an image on my iPad or tablet of the instructions, then increasing the screen size works great.A pulse oximeter measures your blood oxygen levels and pulse. A low level of oxygen saturation may occur if you have certain health conditions.Pulse oximetry is a noninvasive test that measures the oxygen saturation level of your blood. It can rapidly detect even small changes in oxygen levels. These levels show how efficiently blood is carrying oxygen to the extremities furthest from your heart, including your arms and legs. The pulse oximeter is a small, clip-like device. It attaches to most commonly a finger. The purpose of pulse oximetry is to see if your blood is well oxygenated. To take a better reading with this pulse oximeter, it is helpful to,1. Remove any jewelry or fingernail polish on your finger if measuring from this location.2. Make sure your hand is warm, relaxed, and below heart level if attaching the device here.3. Place the device on your finger, earlobe, or toe. The index or finger finger is more common.4. Keep the device on for as long as needed to monitor your pulse and oxygen saturation.5. Remove the device once the test is over. This pulse oximeter will be able to tell you your oxygen saturation levels along with your heart rate. The current price at review £24.99 and I think this is a decent priceWhat I would have liked some come with a plastic case so the oxi doesn’t get damaged, there isn’t one with this company. There is a thread through to hold on the wrist if you wish, but I do not use it because I found it difficult to thread through the hole.Remove batteries when not in use. I keep together in a pencil case or something for quick retrieval. Batteries wear down very quickly. Also imperative keep a couple of batteries spare, just in case!Highly recommended⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you

Clean design and precise
This O2 sensor works really well. It is precise and provide readings within seconds. It doesn't have internal batteries but it comes with a set so you can use it straight away. The readings are bright and clear.

I believe it’s accurate
The media could not be loaded. This Oxygen level monitor is easy to use , however I really wish the instructions were printed a little larger. It took a while to find the English instructions, then I had to take a photo of them and magnify them on my phone. To be honest I didn’t truly understand the instructions , so I went on line to see what a normal blood oxygen level should be , along with bpm.Apparently normal is -: 75-100 Hg and bpm should be between 60 to 100 beats per minute ,So very reassuring to see I fell into this category.I think this oxygen monitor is handy to have as a member of our family has COPD and I worry about chest infections etc, at least with this monitor I can monitor his blood oxygen levels if need be.

Perfect for the job
As someone who has to record daily heart rates, blood pressure information, tools like this are essential and in fact this type was suggested to me by my actual GP, though I do have the full Blood pressure recording kit as well at home. This is so simple to use, simply apply to the tip of your finger, turn on via the push down button and it will turn on and in under a minute will be collecting bloody oxygen and heart rate data. It is very quick and simple to use, the display can also be switched by a press of the button if the reading is "upside down" when you view it.Holding down the button will being up the menu for even more features, it is powered by 2XAAA batteries which come with the device and it is extremely accurate, matching both my blood pressure monitor but also my smartwatch as well. It is a very fast way to record heart rate and blood oxygen, simplistic to use and maintain....perfect tool for monitoring blood and heart rate.

Not fit for purpose
Gives inaccurate readings. A different O2 reading for each finger. How useless is that? When compared to an NHS oximetre, again different readings. If it is not accurate as a clinical instrument, then it is not fit for purpose, though some reviewers seem to think it is. Amazon should not be the marketplace for inferior products like this, and reviewers should be a little more critical.
