Nice near authentic taste.
This is one of the near authentic sauces you can buy outside China. A bit pricey however.

Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Style Spicy Noodle Sauce
This is a really tasty and memorable sauce, and I recommend it to lovers of stir-fried food. It has a unique taste, spicy and hot, but not too hot; and it lets you create a really authentic stir-fry with minimal effort. We use it either with King Prawns or with Fried Chicken to make a stir-fry with onion, red and orange peppers, mushrooms, and, of course, noodles. It is a matter of personal taste how much of the sauce you add but, as a general guide, I suggest starting with roughly one heaped tablespoon of sauce per person (You can try with less if you are nervous!). Also, you should give the sauce a good stir in the bottle before use.I noticed that there are several different sauces advertised here with similar names. I don’t know what the differences are between these varieties but, as they all come from Lee Kum Kee, I’m sure they are all nice.I was a bit unsure about how long you could store this product after first opening. The ‘Best Before’ date no longer applies once the initial seal has been broken, and the product exposed to air. I raised this question with Lee Kum Kee, who were very helpful. They told me that, for best flavour, you should store the bottle in the fridge after its first use, and you should use it within two weeks.
