Artesà Copper Bamboo Bowl, 26cm, for Serving Salad, Fruit or Bread, Gold

Looks great, but due to very poor quality checks my bowel had very thin sections. As it's got a 12 month warranty I decided to use it until it inevitably broke. After just one use it split around the circumference and had bulges in places which would probably peel off with another use.The concept it good, and finish is good, the quality is horrendous. Something else to note is the filler used all over this bowel seems to be water soluble... And I'm not sure if it's toxic or not.If you do buy, you could be lucky and have a great new bowel. In my case the quality was so bad, I'm surprised it made it in the post in one piece.

Purchased to use as a fruit bowl.It's very cheap looking. Horrible looking. Extremely overpriced and not as described. I wish I had given the £20.00 to charity instead. I did go on to purchase two different bowls-elsewhere and the difference in quality for the same price speaks volumes on superiority.

Lovely bowl, pretty and looks just as the photo and description suggest; arrived quickly. I bought it on a whim after it was offered as a deal of the day, I just couldn’t leave it for the price! Although other buyers have been unlucky with damage on their bowl, this one was perfect with no problems. It has a slight residual smell, probably from the glue or lacquer used for the decorative finish, but I suspect the smell will not stay for long. It also has a feeling that you need to be gentle with it more so than other bamboo products I’ve bought - thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise totally happy, thumbs up.One extra note - It is clearly not meant for use with anything wet, or damp even I susupect, but I think it’s great as it is and I am sure to find a use for it!

arrived damaged, multiple paint chippings, crack at the bottom, dry glue drip, material chipped of the side as well, generally very lightweight, not a real copper thing, cheap looking and extremely poor quality altogether, I am disappointed as looks lovely in the photo, waiting for my refund to be processed, sorry to disappoint you

Rather disappointed about this product. First the product arrived with some small scratches but it was minor.....The Golden external easily scratches, the after 4 or 5 times using, the inner wooden part starts to crack and secret some sort of glue.... I had to throw away as I was not sure if it is toxic!

I was quite excited about this product but after receiving it now I’m a bit unsure... I think that it’s supposed to look a bit vintage, but to me it looks more damaged than vintages with all those weird marks (they’re mostly around the top and bottom edges). ☹️

This was bigger than I had expected so the price reflected this. It's a stunning looking bowl. Beautifully crafted. Unique and combines copper and bamboo amazingly.

I already have the smaller version of this and am very pleased I talked myself into getting the bigger version too. Only real problem is buying the fruit to fill both!
