Don't use this vendor
Items never arrive. However Amazon web site says its available. Did Amazon lie? If this item is in stock, then why didn't it ship? Even if the order got damaged In shipment or lost and are in stock per amazon then why didn't they send a new one? Very disappointed with lack of communication and customer service both zouhwaso and amazon!!! Don't purchase! You are wasting your time!

Fan noise
It appears to be well made. My VOCs still register high after hours of use though. Maybe a thicker carbon filter would help. This is more a BlueAir issue, but after installing this, the fan rattles and makes noise on fan speeds 2 and 3. At that point, it’s a noise generator. My BlueAir started making noise by just adding a thin carbon panel to the original Blue Air filter.

My 2nd purchase and definitely satisfied
I have received the order; and as last my purchase with the same product I’m totally satisfied and it does purifier especially with a cat owner! My only issue was the delivery showed delivered even though it wasn’t!
