I've owned this machine for over a year, and I've encountered multiple issues that have made it a regrettable purchase. While I initially chose it for its advertised capacity, it falls short in several ways:1. Poor After-Sales Support: The after-sales service is nearly non-existent. If you need assistance, expect to wait up to a month just to get a technician to inspect the issue.2. Lack of Spare Parts: The supplier does not stock spare parts, meaning you could wait over six months for a replacement part. For example, the water inlet sensor—a commonly faulty component—is not available. I’m still waiting to get this fixed, even though it's a basic part that should be readily accessible.3. Capacity Limitations: Although the machine is marketed with a 17 kg capacity, it’s unreliable above 12 kg. Going over this limit i experienced loud banging sounds from the rotary mechanism. The machine cannot handle the claimed load capacity.Finally, I wouldn’t recommend this machine if you need a high-capacity washer. Thankfully, I have a smaller 7 kg machine (different brand) that’s still functional. If you’re looking for a machine that can handle both small and large loads, look elsewhere, as this model has low water consumption but an unreasonably high water level even for smaller loads. Additionally, based on my experience with the poor after-sales support, I would advise staying away from this brand altogether.

This is a product that should have a negative rating don’t buy Hisense . After sales support is terrible and Machine has a faulty pump less than 6 months in. Services says it is not covered in the warranty but this not not mentioned in the exclusions and it costs half the price of the machine
