This is basically a wet vacuum cleaner device(+):- cleaned great my mesh chairs on the balcony- it can be used to clean widows (!) and makes this job great- power cord is adequately long- it signals when suction power drops down and you have to clean the dustwater compartment (this is useful protection from damaging engine)- good design for storage - it has pipe holder & power cord fast release(-):- it roars like a normal vacuum cleaner, there is a head to clean your cat, but I doubt the cat will tolerate the roar :)decided to keep it primarily for good job in cleaning mesh stuff and windows

I was excited yet disappointes to use this product.It was a red flag in the beginning that the box was not labelled and is a generic brown box.The product looks and smells new so I decided to use it. When I started my first brush it broke down. I thought it was just the plug but it didn’t work.I gave it a chance and let it rest until it finally worked again.When I started to use it, I saw a lot of water on the floor just to find out that the recovery tank was broken on the design lining.I am going to return this to the seller.
