Very bad product
I received it on the day I’m traveling, tried to used it but unfortunately didn’t work at all at my iPhone, still in the box and I want to return it and get my money back

Issues with IPhone, no support
At first I was impressed but then I tried the buttons and only the center button (to take a pic) would work. The other buttons would make a light but no action on the iPhone. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max.I tried to look for support but don’t find any.I think I will return this item if I don’t find a way to fix this.
