We ahve gotten a few of the Anatolian puzzles and love them. The pieces are good quality and fit well. We were missing a piece in the last one we did, but were able to get them to send us one. Warning that process takes a long time as they send it from Turkey, but it did eventually arrive. That’s the only time we have had a missing piece though..

Nice puzzle. For the price, I expect all pieces to be there. Unfortunately 3 missing pieces. Disappointed

Took a week or so to “finish” (not actually finished). Beautiful puzzle! The piece shapes match left to right so it’s possible to accidentally put a correct shape in the wrong place(and I did several times).I am returning it because it’s missing A20B12. I personally believe a puzzle is useless with missing pieces and I unfortunately feel like I didn’t actually finish. An inch from the finish line I’ll stay. Insult to injury, I am now required to drive into town to return it instead of being able to just throw it away (you know they’re just going to throw it away. Again, a puzzle is useless incomplete)I researched and requested a replacement piece and found out it’ll take 3 months to process and fulfill the replacement! No thank you. Not waiting.Returning because of missing piece. Shame because I would have liked to keep it.

I really wanted to love this. I need a replacement for Ravensburger since I have done all of their 3000 piece puzzles over the last few years, The good: Quality pieces. Nice resolution. Great colors. The Bad: Very glossy, Hard to work on in the evenings. Poor fit...no snap like Ravensburger. Too many pieces fit in multiple places and look like they do. Just not enjoyable,
