The info said it could take up to 15volts, well when i added twelve on the input side the unit overheated and i couldnt even touch it afterwards. I then added just 5 volts to the input side and the unit could seem to take that without overheating. The plus side is that it does knock the power down to 3.3 volts as stated.

Works well. And super small for tight builds
Works great for using a Spektrum receiver on a flight controller that doesn't have the 3.3 v BEC on board. Just used the power side of the converter didn't run anything through the signal side.
