These patches are so easy to apply and stay attached. Once applied they are lightweight and don’t feel like I have them on.What a difference this has made to my knee, they relieved the pain and swelling. Could be a bit stickier for hairy legs. Tend to slip a bit.

They left burn marks on my legs.

I bought 4pcks of 10 =40.... I wear two at a time, interlocked like a jigsaw pussle. People say their legs get so hot they think they are burning.....rubbish... I felt no effect at all. They're priced to sell, not so cheap you think they can't possibly work, not so dear you can't take a chance. Con, co, con...

Suuuuper für Ellbogen, Knie, Schulter.Wirkung in ca 5 min. Am besten über Nacht, da man sich völlig schwerelos fühlt, der gesamte Körper arbeitet, man kann suuuuper schlafen.Am nächsten Morgen fühlt man sich fit, einfach herrlich ..... sehr zu empfehlen !!!!!!

Knieschmerzen

Die Pflaster haften gut und stabilisieren leicht das Knie, ähnlich wie ein Tape. Von daher gibt es bei Bewegungen etwas Schmerzlinderung.

Bei mir haben die Pflaster nur gebrannt und haben nichts gebracht.
