OK, but...
Needs two people to fit it to the wall accurately - one to hold the base steady at a reading of zero and the other to mark the position of the top part at a reading of 200 cm. Also, although a sticky pad is included it does need to be screwed to the wall, otherwise it has a tendency to come unstuck when you're trying to use it( things I wish I'd known before I bought it)

Easy to use
This is a tape measure with a piece of plastic attached. Simple design, easy to use ad read.Has to be hung at 2 metres and pulled down to give height, which keeps it out of the way, and a lot easier than pulling something up from the floor.
