Removable cover for washing, which is well made rather than a cheap afterthought. The zip is secure and doesn’t impact on comfort. This holds its shape very well and as expected. It’s used to go under knees in bed and has been perfect - in fact much better than expected tbh. The value (compared to others on the site) is extremely good. Happy with this for sure.

I ordered this support cushion to help with some knee pain when lying in bed. It has been beneficial for that and due to its size it doesn’t take up much room or get in the way if I move around. It has also been useful as a prop under my pillows, meaning when I’m not using it to support my achy knee I can read more comfortably in bed by propping myself up more. The quality is very good considering the price and it has a removable cover which can be washed if necessary. Very happy with this purchase.

I started with sciatica down my right leg after major surgery, bought this pillow to see if it would support my knee's whilst sleeping, it did, very comfortable, I toss and turn in my sleep so I do lose it occasionally but I soon put it back, definitely eased my sciatica, so, thinking I don't need it any longer, I stopped using it, my sciatica has returned with a vengeance, so I'm back to using it when I go to sleep, it works, it's comfortable and quite versatile, used it also for lumber support, would highly recommend this company 😊

Great item, good quality and price. The size is perfect. Having struggled with pillows and various items for support under knees & between knees to help back pain at night, this pillow is perfect. It doesn't shift around, stays in place and is supportive and super comfortable. I feel as though I'm resting on a cloud.

Used for relief on heels when in bed, does the job well, soft but supportive, also good for under knees support, cover is removable for easy washing

Pretty good everywhere; under the knees, between the knees as a side sleeper, under the ankles sleeping on your back, as a extra neck support or backrest.
