Very effective!
I wondered why my pumping sessions were producing less and less milk. I tried everything! Special diets, teas, power pumping, breast massage, you name it- NOTHING was working. Finally I did some research thinking maybe it was my pump. Turns out, it wasn't the pump itself, but the flange size that came with it. The baby-feeding equipment I'd inherited from my mother is on the smaller size, so my pump was wildly ineffective because my breasts were being tugged on more than the nipple itself. I'm surprised I pumped anything at all honestly. Once I got these flange inserts and began pumping properly, it was SO much better! And the relief!!!!!
