Capsules were small and easy to swallow.Excellent dose, with an appropriate amount of K2, so saves getting a separate K2 supplement (K2 needed to make sure calcium goes to your bones not soft tissues).At 1 a day you get a 3 month supply and they are also suited to Vegetarians

Easy to swallow and doesn't taste bad at all. I am only new to taking them so I haven't noticed anything yet but I'm sure I will in a month or so
