Students' Basic Grammar of Spanish: Book A1-B1 - revised and expanded edition 20

Purchased this book to compliment another text book that is written all in Spanish. Found it very useful to further my Knowledge of Spanish grammar and the book contains lots of useful exercises.

Really comprehensive grammar book. It also has exercises for each section, to make sure you’ve understood.

This is an excellent beginners / intermediate teaching volume. Full of very useful and thorough methods for language absorption. Well worth adding to any range of language teaching volumes / materials.

The book was/is preowned. There are a significant number of handwritten annotations. Which make the book difficult to use

Tenía una amiga inglesa que quería aprender español y el problema con sus clases de español era que no era capaz de entender las explicaciones de la profesora acerca de la gramática y le recomendé el libro porque tenía muy buenas opiniones de los usuarios. Y con razón, es un libro magnífico, con temas muy bien estructurados, un montón de ejercicios que además puedes corregir tu mismo. Y lo mejor de todo, desde mi punto de vista es que tiene un lenguaje actualizado, no sólo gramaticalmente correcto, si no que suena natural, nativo. Con referencias en los ejercicios a la cultura española muy divertidas, como un ejercicio en el que se escribe una carta a los reyes magos. Mi amiga está encantada, es profesora de inglés y dice que es un libro perfecto. Enhorabuena a los autores. Espero que sigan mejorándolo y acutalizándolo.

Campus difusión books are at the top of their game. These series of books are great supplements or textbooks for learning Spanish in what students would say "real Spanish". The lessons are easily explained getting rid of jargon such as independent clauses, adjectival phrases, modifiers, etc. It is a helpful tool for instructors (teachers, professors, tutors) of Spanish. Plenty of exercises, answers provided in the back and other helpful additions. Find Aula Internacional Series 1,2,3,4 and 5. They come with supplements, online subscription that opens the door to a plethora of resources. At last a publisher that caters to real world Spanish... and I mean the world, not Miami, not Soutwest or Eastern U.S. Spanish.

It is a good practice book for those who are interested in self-study. However, I can't really use it for graded class assignments since the answers are in the back of the book...and the book is available online.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente porque es exactamente igual que la versión en español (la tengo en casa porque me la prestó una amiga), pero esta es en inglés. Las mismas páginas, las mismas ilustraciones, todo igual, pero en inglés. Me ha resultado muy útil.

No me ha decepcionado. Fue un regalo para una extranjera y perfecto.
