Bad quality
The quality of the product is poor. Initially, it worked well, but after a few months, issues began to arise. The main problem is that it no longer responds to movement. I contacted customer service to request a warranty claim, but they asked me to visit a service center, which is 60 km away. This is not economical for me. If you live in a metro area, you might consider buying it; otherwise, I would recommend against it. The build quality is not satisfactory.

Good for long time usage
No issues using it for long hours, good design. If low battery then mouse pointer doesn't move or either movement of cursor is inaccurate or points randomly anywhere on screen. Included battery lasted 2 months only. Requires a good surface to work properly. I had good experience with other mouse on uneven surface but this product doesn't work well. Occasionally I have noticed the pointer shifted to different area by itself suddenly while operating it. Mouse pad is recommended for good performance of this mouse.

Excellent product
Excellent product very ergonomic and comfortable to use just when connected to USB hub gives lag. Overall all excellent product I recommend to buy and it's value for money product.

Good product, very bad battery life
I have been using the mouse for couple of months now. It's good enough for normal uses when it works. But after each 2-3 months it'll stop working unless you change the batteries. In this condition red lazer light will be on but it won't work.

Sent a defective product and it is non returnable
The media could not be loaded. I got this mouse for my office laptop but when I receive it, the mouse pointer doesn’t move. The left click and right click fine but when I try to move it does not work.I wanted to replace the product but customer care told me that it can only be done in HP service center, and the service center is 45mins from my house. It is not even worth going there to place it give the wastage of time and money. I felt cheated in a way. The mouse was not even used once.
