Mira Beat, is there a spray pattern that uses all the holes?

There are four selectable spray patterns which work the concentric pattern of holes which reduce in circumference around the head. No single selection operates all the holes probably because doing so would reduce the water flow for a "pressure" shower as too much water would be coming out of the head to maintain a decent shower. The outer setting has the top 3 rings active (wide spray effect) and the inner setting has only the inner most rings active (narrow flow effect) and the settings between are flows between these two boundary settings.

Does this shower head have a water flow disc that reduces the amount of water pressure? Looking for 1 that doesn't as we have a valve that we can set

It allows you to chose whether you want water coming out of all holes, just the centre or another option (can't remember which). Naturally this will mean that if same amount of water is only coming through less holes it can feel slightly stronger
