The house rented before the signs came, so I returned them unopened. They seemed to be of decent quality and price.

Good sign works great

Material seems durable!! The metal stakes are small. Woould have liked them to be bigger!! But they will do the job. As described in description.

I was very impressed first of all with the sturdiness of this product. I'm used to buying directionals in our local stores and I was expecting these to be pretty much the same way. I thought what I had/what I used buy were study.. Lol I had no idea they can actually be better. Very satisfied with this for rent sign. I'm using this for my new listing as a directional sign and will place it on the busy road. The colors are bright and should get the attention needed.

Too small I should have gotten a bigger one

The sun faded this sign after only a couple of weeks. It is now a worthless product. And this was after needing to return the first set because the legs/posts were not included. Do not recommend.
