Don't use pliers to tighten
Good product. When you need to tighten don't use pliers it will chip the black off even with a washcloth in between.

Nicely finished and easy to install
We have a hard water problem at my house and eventually this led to blocking and ultimately leaking on our old shower head after a few years.These mineral deposits also made it a nightmare to try removing the old shower head. After struggling with it for days, I did a bit of research online and learned just how easy it is to just change the pipe behind it.I unthreaded the old head along with the pipe, installed this one with the provided plumbers tape, installed the shower head and my problem was solved. Too easy!It’s got the right finish to match our shower head and it comes with the trim ring though I just reused the old one.
