Excellent imaging. If you are sitting in the sweet spot these speakers will create an incredible home theatre experience where both music and movies will be dramatically enhanced. Vocals in particular are very clear and the upper bass frequencies are unbelievably tight and musical. Be sure to place tweeters at ear level. Center channel will likely require some woodworking as it will almost certainly be wider than your joists (did I mention crisp dialogue). You definitely need a sub. I am using 8 and 12 inch subs. These speakers are quite efficient and it is wiser to focus on quality of amplification rather than high wattage. These don't sound like in wall speakers and are outfitted with what sounds like a high-end tweeter assembly. I find myself watching concert videos and films like No Country For Old Men and Fury Road. These speakers sound insane with blu rays. The grills are spray paintable and the speakers can be mounted flush within your wall. No regrets on buying these. They look very modern and likely boosted our home value a tad.

These little speakers sound great and with a low profile and a cost that won't break the bank. I used this in a professional install and was very happy with the sound quality. Easy and quick to install! Frequency range and volume were perfect for my application.

I took a risk on these in-wall speakers. I known the brand since the late 80's so that give me confidence. And I bought them due to the depth and size, and power rating! Also you need to ensure your wall can take them, and also installing the correct loudspeaker cable is also vital. Plenty of 'how to's' on YT! So to the speakers themselves (I paired them up with 4 x EWS600's) I was very impressed by the build, but found the claps to be a challenge, due to needing gravity to assist in them flicking around to the stop, so you can screw tight into the plasterboard (not too tight as you will dent that!) So these are not a easy install, but if you are good with DIY, just take your time! So after all the stress of cutting holes in my wall, was I going to be disappointed by the sound? No is the answer! I have had them for 3 months now and still stunned in the detail I can hear in the sound stage, they may not have the bass, but as a center speaker it really does do the job well! And the Yamaha Sub does a good job in looking after the bass. Oh the Surround A/V Amp is Pioneer SC-LX87 and its rated at 220w per channel!

J'ai installé ces haut parleurs dans ma salle de bains. Pour ce qui est du montage, c'est similaire à l'installation de spots : on perce un trou, puis il y a des leviers sur ressorts de part et d'autre du haut parleur pour le retenir en place. Simple et efficace. Le haut parleur est complètement protégé dans sa coque, ce qui permet de l'installer dans un plafond isolé à la laine de verre soufflée. Concernant le son, il est vraiment très bien. C'est bien entendu subjectif, et cela dépendra aussi de la taille de votre pièce. Etant donné que le haut parleur est petit il ne faut pas s'attendre à des basses fréquences exceptionnelles. Mais il n'a pas pour autant de défauts désagréables comme des distorsions ou une sur-accentuation des aigus par exemple. Je ne le verrai sans doute pas en haut parleur principal d'un home cinéma, mais pour une petite pièce comme une salle de bains c'est parfait, et bien meilleur qu'une enceinte portative ou une radio.

Good sound and decent volume, I put 4 in our Alfesco powered directly from a Denon amp and they handle the power and sound really well. I would buy again.
