Bought it for summer I've been using more makeup often so its convienent for the go. However a couple things to note, maybe because I have sensitive skin but it did cause small irritation and doesn't have the most pleasant smell when you first put it on. The smell does eventually go away but its just something to note

This stuff is magic. I keep this in my car and always take on vacation. It helps keep my makeup in place but also helps with keeping my face protected from the sun. The size is perfect to throw in your purse or keep in car for easy access.

I enjoy the spraying aspect of this sunscreen and the price point is excellent compared to some other sunscreens. That being said, I could not stand the smell. It smells like you are spraying alcohol on your face. It also burns my face initially when spraying. It luckily did not break me out or harm my face, but I have sensitive skin and decided to use this on my body instead.

I give this a 4-star review because it does provide SPF coverage without feeling tacky or heavy on the face. However, I do have to take the backs of my hands to smooth over the spray on my cheeks as it leaves a minuscule mist residue on the face (I have peach-fuzz that I do not shave off. If you do shave your peach-fuzz, then I assume this won't be a problem for you). Now for the dupe and why it isn't 5 stars: I recently got a travel-size Naked hydrating glow mist that makes my skin look smooth and dewy without looking oily -- I love the product without loving the price. I loved that look and assumed it was an effect of the sunscreen/setting spray combo. It, unfortunately, is not. The product does what is intended and for half the price, this will be my everyday wear (I am still trying other setting spray/SPF products so I might find something better!) while the Naked product will be my 'going-out' spray.

Unfortunately the return window already closed before I got around to using this product. I do not recommend. I do not have terribly sensitive skin but this is caused what looks like a chemical burn all over my face and neck. I used it the other day while we were doing the Cliff Walk in Newport Rhode Island. I had put sunscreen on my face to start the day but obviously as you're walking along, you need to reapply. So I was spraying this stuff on. It smells like bad hand sanitizer for one, but it dries quickly so I thought this stuff isn't bad. The smell goes away pretty fast. Well by the end of the walk my face was very red and my pores looked really open. I thought it was just from sun and sweating and 6 mi of walking. Well I wake up in the morning and my face is all itchy and red and splotchy. So now my skin barrier is damaged I think and I look like a lobster. The stuff is going straight in the trash and I recommend you do not risk it either.

I love this spray! Not only did it protect my face, but it set my makeup very well. I used it not only on myself, in Orlando, FL, but on my kids and my husband as face sunscreen. All of us were sunburn free in 95° and sun. I used 4 sprays on my kids every couple hours. It was easy to get them to use it because I didn't have to rub anything in and ask they had to do was close their eyes and their mouth and wait for me to be done spraying!

I’ve been using the e.l.f. SPF spray lately, and honestly, it’s a must have. It’s perfect for a quick refresher over makeup when I’m out and about and want to make sure I’m not getting burned. The mist is super fine, so it doesn’t mess up my makeup or leave any weird residue. It just feels light and refreshing, like a little pick-me-up without the greasy sunscreen feel. Plus, it’s SPF 50, so I feel pretty good about staying protected. It’s super easy to toss in my bag and use whenever, making it one of those “why didn’t I think of this sooner?” products.

This is fantastic. I like to reapply my spf every two hours - this isn’t possible when wearing makeup. However I brought this thinking I had found a game changer - I have!! This spf spray is amazing, it does not change or move the makeup on my face, it is a light mist, which doesn’t feel sticky or thick. I have used this already on some hot days in the UK and it has not disappointed me at all. (I have oily to combination skin - this works great for me). Highly recommend!!

Nice easy application, but this stings your eyes like crazy! Even if you keep them closed while it dries, your eyes will sting for the rest of the day to the point you have to wipe it all off.

I use this before and after my make up and it does the job well. Doesn’t smell all that great and wish it was a bigger bottle.
