It does heat up and feel nice but the smell is overwhelming and horrible and makes me feel sick! It smells bad!! Yuck. I get the worst headache and feel nauseous. Update - I immediately heard from the seller after writing this review. She was so kind and caring and offered me a full refund. She said the odor was from the fresh seeds and would dissipate with usage. I am extremely sensitive to smells, much more than most people. I can't be around any perfumes. Everything else about it is great. It is well made and the weight is perfect and the materials soft. (I'm very fussy about textures too.) It does heat up nicely in the microwave and felt heavenly to my sore neck.

It works great I am very happy with this damp heat neck pad. The price was good and the quality is great. I really like the weight of it so it stays in place around the neck. I would recommend this item. Shipping was fast.

Like they advetise, it is heavy, very heavy. It also doesn't get very warm. I don't find it stays warm for very long. I have a hard time adjusting it to fit around my neck. It is two long pieces sewn together, and that fold is exactly where I need it up against my neck, not convenient.

Nice and weighted big enough to wrap around use it while I’m on the computer for sore neck or watching TV on my couch

Love this SunnyBay Microwave Heating Pad. I am replacing it with one I had for many years that held up well. I like the fact that there is cotton on one side and soft on the other side. Highly recommend this.
