This fixture comes with all of the challenges one would expect from a low priced overseas item. The individual arms and bolts required re-tightening before installation. The canopy bolts needed to be a tiny bit farther apart to fit through the canopy holes easily. The instructions are vague (like the failure to notify people to turn off the circuit breaker) and the diagrams not very helpful. The entire light cage must be removed to install a light.Once installed, it looks fine and fulfills the industrial, steampunk aesthetic desired.This will take 2 hours and 2 people to install. One with technical savvy and 12 fingers, the other to dispense the Xanax.

I love that these can be used in multiple positions which give it totally different looks from flowers to industrial metal cages. A completely unique wire globe for different personalities. It creates beautiful industrial lights with a touch of whimsy.

I ordered these in March 2022, because we're renovating we are just now installing. First off, the bracket that comes with it... doesn't fit! You have to take several tiny nuts off the cage in order put the bulb in. Totally poor design. They're only pretty to look at! Save your money and buy a different type of fixture!

Perfect for updating my dining room chandelier!

First, this is a lovely ceiling light fixture. It's beautiful and unique. The fixture gets five stars, the engineering and installation, one star. Why? There are multiple reasons. First, the instructions are incomplete, so you have to figure things out for yourself to get it installed. Not for the first timer. Second, getting the light bulbs installed is a joke - very poor engineering. You must take each of three cages apart, slip in the light bulb, reassemble the cages, then attach the cage to the base, and then screw the light bulb into the socket. It took me 5+ minutes to install each of three light bulbs. Finally, the installation into the ceiling box was problematic - again poor engineering. The screws to attach the anchor to the ceiling box, are right next to the screws that attach the light fixture to the anchor. They are too close to each other, and it's difficult to get all the screws tightened. Again, not for the first timer. Once finished, it's beautiful - but I was frustrated that a light fixture that should have taken me only 15-20 minutes to install, took well over an hour.

These bulb cages are really nice and sturdy. The only issue with them is that the collar that goes around the light socket is way bigger than a standard light socket. I tested it on 4 different sockets. I finally added a small strip of rubber around the collar and was able to tighten the screws enough (completely tightened) to hold the cage in place. Other than this they are exactly what I was looking for. Once I resolved the size issue I have had no problems. I will definitely buy again for my next lighting project. Everyone who sees them asks where they can buy some. One other thing to be aware of is that when using a standard Edison bulb it comes all the way to the end of the cage with it closed. If you open the cage a good portion of the bulb sticks out

This was a unique light that we thought would be great in our laundry room... rustic looking with directional lights... cost was great compared to similar lights we saw at Lowes. The one down side to this light is going to come with light bulb changes. The wire cages have a screw cover at the end of every wire you have to take off to remove the plate to remove the lightbulb. Light bulb changes should take place in 60 seconds or less. This light will take approximately 5 minutes per bulb. This will significantly decrease my Nascar light bulb change times. Now I'll never make a pit crew with these average times.

I have a well working ceiling fan that was showing its out dated style. A little paint, and these light shade cages and I now have what looks like a 200$ + fan. All I can say is incredible! A couple hours of work on the blades and the installation of these cages and Edison type bulbs and I have what looks like a new fan light. FYI, there are a couple different styles of Edison bulbs. The vintage yellow filaments give a true vintage color when light. They also come with white filaments that are a true bright light.I am incredibly pleased with the look. A small investment that makes a high $ statement!

I ordered a set in August. The product was described on the photo as an 8 pack, but when I received it there were only 4 included. When I reached out to the merchant, I was told that the correct description was in the text, so I needed to order more. I just received them, and they are not the same. The base is much smaller, and doesn't fit my lamp. Not sure what to do from here. Very frustrating!

It took nearly two months for this item to arrive. When it did, the item was damaged in a number of places, there were no assembly instructions, half the mounting hardware was missing, the wiring was so short you would have thought wire was $100 a foot (I had to rewire the fixture so that I had enough wire to connect to the wiring in the ceiling box) and finally, the mounting hardware that was included was incompatible with North American electrical boxes so I had to fabricate my own mounting hardware.I would never order anything from this seller again.
