Awesome full house water system
We love this system. It’s nice to have the whole house filtered. Installation was easy by a local plumber.

Terrible customer service
I first got this product about late Nov 2024 but the box was opened and no instructions. So I called Aquasana and they told me to send a picture of the contents of the box, so I did on Dec 10th 2024. To this day, no one has gotten back to me about my problem so I send the whole unit back for a refund to Amazon. They reimbursed me for the total. Bad experience, don't buy this product! For $900 you should get great customer service.

Centering ring no longer available
I had this system on my previous house. The pre-filter housing top was not installed quite level, and so the pre-filter would fall to one side while assembling the housing and the top would get crushed on one side when the holes didn't line up. Aquasana sent me a centering ring that fixed the problem. Recently I moved and I'm having the same problem with my new Aquasana system. This time Aquasana says they no longer have the centering ring. If you have the same problem you've been warned.
