Great alternative to under saddle piezo strips
I removed under saddle piezos, from two of my guitars, and put a pair of these in each gutitar, near the bridge. This eliminated a lot of the squawking sound that is characteristic of those under-saddle piezo pickups. There are several videos on line, at you know where, describing how to do this.

Works for Rockband Drumset
My yellow drum-pad quit working. Took it apart and the part was shattered. 20mm fits perfectly!. Just need to solder the plug onto this part and you’re good. Quick tested and worked great. Will update if I run into further issues when testing it in full.

Works
Used super glue to glue them down to cigar box. I’ve also used hot glue. The wires seemed shorter on these but it didn’t matter

Good Piezos
Good Piezos, good solder joints, a couple with minor dents but no biggie.

Excellent drum triggers
Added one of these under the lip of an Alesis Turbo Mesh drum high hat for better sensitivity. Works like a charm. 3D printed an enclosure for a 1/4" plug (also bought through amazon)

A little fussy to use in real life. Great value.
I bought these to place under the wooden bridge of my acoustic arch top guitar. As you can see from the photo of the pickup as shipped, the solder joints have large blobs that prevent them from having a flat surface.I removed the wire, stripped and then frayed the ends to a sort of flattened brush shape. I was then able to resolder the joints using a strong acid flux to create a reasonably flat surface. The pickup output level is quite good. The measured capacitance is about 15 nF, so you need a pretty high impedance preamp to get reasonable low frequency response. Once completed, I am more than happy with these.
