Great shaker and somehow even better customer service!
I love these shakers. They mix very well, are simple and easy to clean. Recently purchased a new one but it ended up having a major leak in the lid. Contacted customer support and they immediately made it right, and then some, even over the weekend! I recommend these to everyone. Could not be more impressed by this company.

Absolutely love it! Their customer service is superb!!
It works great and I absolutely love it but it leaks. I tried banging it closed and everything but there always seems to be a spill when I shake vigorously. I have the slate blue which I’ve read has some sort of issues. I’d give this a 5/5 if it didn’t leak but 3/5 is what it gets.UPDATE: So I seemed to have gotten one of the leaky ones. Shortly after writing my review I was contacted by Ally. Ally is nothing short of amazing. She promptly shipped out a replacement and was an absolute joy to correspond with. I love the product and Ally won me over. I will be a repeat customer. Changed my rating from 3/5 to 5/5. Companies need more people like Ally!! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic shaker, made in America
Updated my review to 5 stars since they stood by their no leak guarantee and sent me a new. New shaker works just as good as the first one and no leaks!! Old review below:Love the shaker design, works great for mixing various protein and supplement mixtures without the need of a shaker ball. But the one drawback is the lid leaks against the top of the bottle

Customer service is awesome
I broke the first helimix I bought after dropping it. It cracked water was leaking so I wanted a replacement. I emailed customer service and they were awesome! Ally offered to replace my bottle free of charge and I had it delivered right to my doorstep just a couple days later. They were so nice about it. Hoping the first one that broke was just faulty and this one will last. It mixes super well and isn’t clanky like other blender bottles.
