Great product, comes with simple to read instructions and turns out beautifully. For those who are trying it for the first time when you place your hand in bucket touch the bottom then pull up a little so it molds completely around!

I'm actually pretty happy with how my casting turned out! Groovy Peace Sign with MY Fingers!Read thru all of the instructions before beginning and then carefully re-read before each step. It's easy, but important to follow instructions exactly.Do use the Sample included. I'm glad I did, because I over stirred and it started to get quite lumpy. This was a good lesson before I did my main cast.Have a plastic container for the sample that you will throw away after use. There's lots of warnings about patch tests and breathing and wearing included mask and gloves - so I used an old food storage container that I was okay throwing away after the sample.The instructions go back and forth between metric and U.S. Standard Measurements. For instance in one place it states 'pour 6oz' but in another it states 'pour about 1600-1800 ml'. It also states to 'use 25 degree' water - this should state 25C(elsius) degree water or you'd be adding ice cubes.Do use the included protective wear. Do follow the instructions. I let my cast sit in the bucket overnight so it would be good and solid before de-molding. I also let the final cast sit overnight without much touching so it could finish drying before handling.Overall, this was a fun project (do not do this around young children/pets), it worked according to directions and I would do one again. The media could not be loaded.  Tried to do a hand cast for white elephant Christmas present I literally had both my hands in there for an hour neither one of the molding cast would set the practice ones set perfect I did both of them they mix grate they did everything well once I got to the regular one neither of them will set they won’t do anything they just sit there They both have different amounts of water the first one was mixed with 1700 ML‘s of water and the other one is 1400 ML‘s of water and neither of them will set. Directions to differ between metric and regular I use the thermometer to make sure the water temperature was set correctly everything and it still will not set at all

I suggest having a 3rd or extra person who is not doing the mold help out. Ours turned out beautifully. The whole process is easy and takes about 45 minutes if you are slow like us lol. I would really recommend this as a gift. It is a really good value

instructions are clear & provides about everything you need to cast your hands in. Make sure everyone has gone to the bathroom before casting hands in the bucket! Easy to make & use. Beautiful details with final product & will last a lifetime. Family heirloom to pass on through generations. Amazing, thoughtful gift.

Unfortunately, I bought 3 in attempt to make a mold of my son’s foot prior to his surgery. The samples were fine and the process seemed simple. After utilizing hand mixing as well as a hand mixer, the mold became lumpy and was unable to use. It recommends 1600-1800 ml of water. We tried 1600 ml, 1700 ml, and 1800 ml still without any luck. Instructions are vague. It references oz, ml, temperature without clarification on Fahrenheit or Celsius. Extremely disappointed I could not complete prior to his surgery and I would not recommend!
