Quit working and no one would honor my protection plan or speak to me…Poor customer service

I purchase the item on Sep-2023today is Dec- 26-2023 the unit is not working good, work for 7 min. and stops.I need to contact company for warranty, I can't find a phone number for us.please help if you have any information,thank you.

The reason I got this toaster is having breakfast on Sundays in our church which we feed more than 300 people, and I'm 100% satisfied with it. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare more than 10 toasts. The heat and timer is adjustable for different levels of toasting. The whole body is made with stainless steel, so it's easy to clean up and it's heavy duty. Highly recommended for commercial use.

the capacity is rated for is not what it does, max sklices toasted on my business was 2 per 2 minutes

This thing is kinda crazy
It just dont stop. It makes so much toast so fast. very easy to use for my employees.
