DHS Hurricane Neo 3 Table Tennis Rubber

Good rubber. I ordered this by accident, wanted the Hurricane 3. But I can't really tell the difference between the two, I use the Hurricane 3 on my backhand side. This neo rubber is my forehand side and I smack the ball hard with lots of topspin and this has what it takes. Both the Hurricane 3 and the Neo are substantially heavy. After adding these rubbers to a defensive blade, my racket is quite offensive. My game has improved within the last month or two (due to heavy practice), and the Neo rubber has separated a little bit at the edge from the sponge, but I figure that's normal since I've banged the racket quite a few times accidentally. I have ordered other more expensive rubbers from the online ping pong specialty shop, but this one works for me and is reasonably cheap. I just put in another order for both the Hurricane 3 and the Neo rubbers. Good rubber!P.S. I disklike uninformed reviews, and I saw one below where they guy says the rubber is SUPER DEAD. This is definitely the case when the glue is still fresh. Just wait 10 hours before you write the review.

some people don't like this because it feels very "dead", but its supposed to be dead, it's nothing like Tenergy. It has great control in loops and can generate a lot of spin on serves and pushes. it seems pretty durable, but I always wash my rubber after playing. overall if you have a developed brushing stroke and are looking for a decent rubber, then this has a rather good price.

I will update more soon after I get a chance to actually play some games with it, but first impressions after a few simple ball bouncing tests. It seems SUPER DEAD. The ball bounces once about 1 inch up from a 2 foot drop and then instantly stops on the second bounce on the paddle. It seems pretty tacky, but a horrible response bounce. It almost seems like a control rubber or some "anti bounce" rubber. Maybe I have a defective sheet of rubber. But i don't have any bubbles after applying it. Seems very odd... More investigation later today.Used a T-8 yinhi blade + this rubber for forehand.
