Perfect For Ramen
A few years ago I was diagnosed with wheat intolerance. I had to make a lot of substitutes when it came to my food. Instant Ramen has been my comfort food since I was a child and it looked like I wasn't going to get to eat that again. Then I stumbled across these, they have lots of flavour thanks to these I can once again enjoy my instant ramen again.

I love them
Really nice noodles,my nutritionist recommended them and I like them.I follow a gluten free diet and they are helping they are not heavy on your stomach.In the packet they are divided by portions which is good as with pasta I always end cooking for an army,I am bad with quantities so I find this helpful.

Not worth buying
They clump up while cooking, and they're so slimy! I couldn't eat the dish I used them for. Extremely disappointed! I'd give zero stars if I could.

Great taste!
My absolute favorite gluten/grain free pasta! The taste is so nutty and delicious! I originally started to buy these to enjoy irritation free pasta bolognaise, now I don’t even bother with the bolognaise anymore, my favorite is simply with fried onions and mushrooms.I cook it 4min (slightly less than recommended) and rinse it with water when done. That prevents it getting soggy and sticking together to clumps.
