Very good quality large waterproof extension cord container. Container has 7 access points for cords and PLENTY of room inside for various size cord ends. It has a rubber seal around the top and each cord access point is also sealed with several rubber seals to eliminate water access. Each container end has an all plastic snap to secure the lid. THIS is my only real concern for long term use of this product. For many years I've used indoor extension cords outdoors for my Christmas (and Halloween) decorating. I've OFTEN held my breath by doing this because I knew it wasn't safe. I've had my breakers pop numerous times and now my GFI outlets pop. I hadn't thought about this type product until this year to protect my connections from water. NOT an inexpensive option when needing approx 60 containers. I invested SEVERAL hundred dollars this year in a few different sizes of them. This item is extremely functional, serves as that piece of mind tool and provides complete waterproof protection for my display cords. I'm using 8 of these large ones and simply place them behind my blow mold decorations. I highly recommend this seller and product. Blessings.

This box worked perfectly for my solar tracking project. Easy to drill or punch out holes and attach to wall or flat surface. Cover has a seal to keep the weather out. Nice product and reasonable price.

Easy, bit small but easy to drill and mount

This plastic junction box is sold as a weather/water tight box and has a well-sealing lid; however, it is very thin-walled. The body is scored for removing "slugs" to attach gasketed connectors for passing wire into the box. The thin walls cannot stand up to "punching" out the slugs nor drilling. My box cracked and pieces broke out with each attempt, leaving gaping holes. I did not intend to use it outdoors but in my attic, so glued it back together sufficiently to use indoors. I would not use a junction box like this one, even indoors, ever again.UPDATE - Aug 19, 2022Seller offered and did replace the box. The Seller supplied some good advice on how best to open the scored holes, which is: 1) keep the lid on to maintain integrity of the box; 2) drill out the hole carefully. As you can see from the pictures, this worked out much better. Also of note, I used a Forstner bit the first time; that resulted in the wall breakage. This time, I used a small holesaw at low speed with the lid attached and with the box fully supported in my bench's end vice. I drilled holes at both ends, installed water-tight ferrules. As already said above, the box is a nice option for wire connections and now that I can easily apply the holes without breaking the walls, I've upped my rating to 4 stars.

Very well made outdoor junction boxes with good quality seal. Should last a very long time and are a great value for the price.

Bought this box and another brand at the same time and compared the two. This one was exceptionally smaller than the other. Size wasn't the problem, decided in the end the added space in the other box would be easier to work with and actually the other one was white and even looked better and was definitely more water proofed than this one. I am using it outdoors for pool equipment wiring so waterproofing won me over Moreno than anything else. This box also did not come with anything at all. The other brand provided a drill bit for the punch-outs, an Allen wrench for the bit, some electrical connectors, and the wire grommets.
