Take care to measure your knee very carefully.
Fabulous pair of knee sleeves. High quality stitch. Raised acupressure dots front and rear. Incomparable comfort. You can wear them all day without trouble. Fit even under skinny jeans. Do not generate excessive heat or sweat. Gravity will affect them yet easy to pull up and re seat. Hardest part is that most of us will be a small/medium or a medium large, or a large XL. I went up a size as directed based on measure(XL) but Iโm sure if I opted for large, more compression and less adjustment would be the result. Delivered in top notch packaging, warranty and pledge. Mava rules the gym and I went old school gym grey in color. Beyond a bargain. These have no stabilizers to restrict movement. These are not braces. Added benefit is that they also serve as thin knee pad on hardwood floor. Time will tell for durability. Hand wash cold. Hang dry. Peace

Got an XL. The large too tight. He is not a large man. Suggest to size up.

REAL knee compression
Iโve used countless knee compression sleeves, from name brand to random Amazon brands. Iโve tried them all. This knee sleeve is the ONLY sleeve that has actually given me the support similar to that of a bulky knee brace. It is tight and supportive without being uncomfortable. And the reflexology dots really make a difference and press in the right areas that give you a โbrand newโ knee feeling. My leg was pinned in and crushed from a car accident where I was t-boned, no matter how much physical therapy I knew my leg would never be the same. But this brace made it feel like I was in high school again. 10/10, I would just like to see more colors/styles! And compression sleeves for other body parts as well!

Didn't even last 2 workouts before the fabric tore
* Update After just 2 days of using them they came apart! CHEAP JUNK! Only 2 days! That has to be the record for the worst fitness related product I've ever used. I didn't even do any type of crazy workout all I did was wear them. RETURNED! On to find a better brand that last longer that 2 workouts.I feel like I should just make note here. The knee sleeves can fit very tight even if you get the XXL size. I work out a lot I have big calves and good sized quads. These sleeves are tough to get over my calves and pull up my lower quads. I got them because all the heavy lifting hasn't been good on my knees I've notice and I can't go as deep as I used too but it be nice to get some support from device like this. These seem to be made for skinny people that are runners or women (since they have less muscle mass). These aren't for power lifters, big people (as in fat people) or guys that lift a lot. Mava is known for their knee wraps in the lifting world so they're a good brand but I wish they would of made this one in larger sizes maybe a 3XL or 4XL. I hope they stretch a bit over time but getting a pump with these on is going to be very uncomfortable.Update after first workout*After completing a full workout with these I'm regretting even buying these. They're "annoying" if that's the word I can use to sum them up. I hit the treadmill for my cardio and 3 minutes in I felt strange pain in my knee. I stop and pull up my pants to see that the knee sleeve had rolled down and got into some strange position around my knee. I fixed it but it kept rolling down around the top. These things just don't fit over quads well. Like they don't stretch and hold right so they just roll over. Throughout my entire workout they kept doing this. I wish they had a velcro strap or something on the top so that you can lock them in place. As far as knee relief and support I couldn't tell much of a difference. Feels the same if you use an ACE sleeve...actually I think ACE feels better tension wise. Before I used these I used Mcdavid knee brace sleeve things. I like them because they have straps and stay in place well but I hate how the neoprene traps in sweat and heat and smells funny.I got these because I was looking forward to using them but the roll down issue really makes them not worth it. I don't know if people with skinny legs would run into the same problem but these are supposed to be for people that work out. I have muscular legs and I don't get why Mava a company that makes products power lifters and body builders use can't figure out how to put together a knee sleeve for people with muscular quads.

These Saved me
I love these so much and will probably buy another pair soon. I have Knee tendonitits that flared up recently and am waiting to see a physical therapist. I got these after a knee brace that I bought at the drug store didn't help and I got tired of using an Ace bandage. I've been wearing the Mava sleeves every day ( I wear them on both legs so I am "even") for two weeks. My injured leg feels so much better. I can walk long distances comfortably now and even kneel and squat without pain. I found relief immediately. I'm wondering now of I'll be competely better by the time I see the PT person next month! I will still go for an assessment but I don't think I'll have to go for the eight appointments I have scheduled.

Absolutely love these. As someone who suffers from severe fibromyalgia that attacks the muscles around my joints (particularly my knees) and mimics arthritis in said joints, these are a life saver at the gym. Especially since I do a lot of weight lifting. These don't make my knees sweat (and I sweat a lot), they don't itch, and they have a really good grip without being too tight so that they don't slip down. I am 5'9" and 140lbs with a 19inch (ish) thigh and I wear mediums with no problem. Though technically I should have a large I went a size down as it provides more stability for my knees.I highly recommend these for anyone who does heavy weighted squats and cardio-intensive workouts. I tend to spend at least 2hrs in the gym between cardio and weights and wear these every single time and have never had a single problem.I wash them in cold water and dry on medium heat. The "Mava" part pealed off rather quickly but that was expected as it was more of an ironed on logo than anything else.I've had these going on a year (if not over that now) and when they wear out completely I will *definitely* be buying a new pair.

Excellent Knee Supports
Bought for my husband who has arthritic knees and is a postie so walks for miles; he finds these very good. The support is not too heavy and sticks well due to the little rubber reflexology points on the inside. Too soon to say if it 'does what it says on the tin' as far as the therapeutic and pain relieving effect but definitely recommended as far as knee supports go.

Fantastic brand
The reflexology knee sleeves are fantastic, they are do comfortable and can be worn all day if needed. I had a few conversations with Logan from customer service for the best type for myself and he suggested these. The team are very helpful with anything you may need to discuss so donโt hesitate to buy from this company, you will not be disappointed

Good support, but:
I found the sleeves gave good support, however, I did find that wearing them while playing golf the sleeves tended to slip down my knee. That said they did help support my knees.

They help to release pain.
I've been suffering from a wee bit of pain in my right knee and I've used them to work. They feel great.
