My three jars arrived today with clear leakage from a bend cap and almost half of the liquid spilled out. When I went to the Amazon returns page, all it says is "This item isn't eligible for return." Actually, I wouldn't try to repack it and return it, but I would like to get some kind of refund or credit. What more do I need to do to make that happen?

Q: Why did my jars have 3 different lids, none of which matched the lid on your photos. The seals were broken and 2 of the jars leaked.

I would return. My jars have always been correct.
