Brilliant for on the go good taste keeps you full till dinner or tea time very thick drink good consistency not like water can be a bit addictive good flavours size is handy to have in handbag. Not watery. Very thick shake. Highly recommend will buy them again.

Perfect as a meal replacement, was sick for a while with a viral tummy issue, could eat, drink, these were fab, kept in the fridge so cool on tummy and one sip at a time, helped as a food replacement, short term. Flavour very good, tastes like a smoothie

Love these and worked well to shift some weight, personally found them filling, taste lovely and not too thick but notbthin either, texture is similar to normal milkshake. My personal favourite is cafe flavour

These are great to have for breakfast and lunch, they are filling and smell inviting. They are thick enough to be satisfying. The strawberry are the best flavour.
