This chainsaw has been an excellent purchase. It’s sturdy, functional, and very handy for regular use. From the time I bought it, it has been working effortlessly without any issues. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Chain Catcher is a small part of the machine which broke just few hours after starting the machine. Contacted Customer Service several times but no one helps. JK Machine is much better than these Chinese Machines.

It is a junk. Keep flooding carburetor after couple of try and won't start . Amazon won't accept return or replacement. Warranty line will not answer. Not able to start the machine yet. Already took to service people, they said too much petrol getting in. They started the machine after cleaning. I tried to start after bringing home, still same results. Really disappointed with Amazon and RBD. Don't buy this junk and save money by buying another brand.
