Had scratches all over it, something is broken inside can hear rattling, loose connection keep losing picture, seems used instead of new. I bought this after reading other reviews.

Item works just fine. I've used it for VGA and HDMI - haven't tried DVI yet, but I'm sure it works.

The product is excellent and it does work nicely.Very fast delivery.

Works perfectly on DVI and HDMI (haven't used VGA but no reason not to suspect it works). I use it for talks and when connected to a projector it automatically mirrors the Surface's screen. Although I run the Surface at 200% display scaling (default), the projector appears to be scaled to 100% automatically (which is what I want it to do) so no need to faff around configuring the displays .

I have an M3800 and wanted to have something which let me put the output to other screens. This works great in that respect.Don't expect higher resolution to monitor unless you are using a displayport but other wise it has been dependable and feels a quality product. Recommended to carry in your bag if you are likely to want to do presentations etc elsewhere. It has worked well for me
