Such Good Connection
Putting some new lights up in the garage I needed to make a secure connection between two cables and I wasn't happy about using tape. So I tried a couple of these - three actually - and got myself a connection an electrician would be proud of. The two wires were very different and joining them would always be problem, unless I used solder.Using these connectors was so easy too. One wire in one end, to half way and the second wire into the other end, also half way - or a little over if possible, so the wires over lap. Then trip the middle hard in order to really get a good grip of both wires. Next step is to use the heat gun. This shrinks the rubber to make a tight waterproof connection. Same for the other two sets of wires (neutral and earth) and job done.As you can see in the photos, the connectors come in three different sizes, to cover all cable sizes.Brilliant.

Just what I need it, its a shame there isn't smaler connectors.

These are brilliant
They are like a butt connection with the heat shrink already fitted, simply crimp with the correct size pliers and then heat all over to make a perfect seal, these are a brilliant idea 👍👍👍👍

leiter Müll, weil gefählich...Vercrimpung lässt ssich einfach lösen oder wackelt
An 1,5mm^2 Kabel wurden Probecrimpungen gemacht, bevor ich eine unsichere Verbindung in meiner Hausinstallation habe. Nichts hat gehalten. Ich konnte alle Kabel wieder mit wenig Kraftaufwand aus der Hülse herausziehen. Egal ob ich die roten oder blauen Stoßverbinder für 1,5mm^2 nahm. Zudem habe ich zwei verschiedene Crimpzangen verwendet.Die Materialsärke der Hülse ist einfach zu dünn oder zu weich. Sie klemmt den Kupferdraht nicht stark genug. Selbst beim doppelt nehmen des Drahtes (s. Bild 1) konnte ich es wieder einfach lösen bzw. das Kabel hat in der Hülse gewackelt..also unzureichnde Kontaktfläche für Stromfluss bei 230V.Das Schrupfen und kleben funtioniert aber gut..nur das sichere Vercrimpen nicht.Nach Reklamation wurde das Geld problemlos erstattet. Jetzt werfe ich das Zeug in den Müll. Schade um die Materialverschwendung :(Eine günstige Crimpzange auf Amazon inkl Hülsen (zusammen unter 30EUR) hält dagegen richtig gut...das Material der Hülse ist deutlich dicker als bei diesem Produkt.

Funktioniert einwandfrei und tut was soll. Für alle die sich beschweren dass es nicht hält: ihr benutzt die falsche Crimpzange! Da kann auch das Produkt nichts dafür
