American Hard Maple Wood Cutting Board for Kitchen - Beeswax Conditioned, PFAS-Free, Large Size 24 Inches by Ziruma

My hubby got this large maple cutting board for me for Christmas. I have been wanting one for a long time that is large enough to roll out dough and this is just perfect. I used it twice after receiving it for making Christmas cutout cookies. It is a great size for that purpose, it's nice and flat and not warped and it was easy to clean up. It has notches on either end for finger grips and one side has a moat for catching juices when carving meat. I would have given this 5 stars, but after just two uses to roll out dough it cracked!! I'm so sad and have reached out to the vendor. Hopefully they will respond and make it right and I will be happy to amend this review once they do.EDITED - I'm happy to report that the vendor was very responsive and sent a replacement right away. I changed this to a 5 star review because this is an amazing cutting board, and due to the great customer service!

Love this huge size. The inset areas on either end allow it to be securely held/moved. I will treat it with TLC so it will be the last one I buy. I cook everyday and need a large surface to hold all the veggies I cut up. The price was right and the stellar reviews well-founded. I’m a happy customer!

Cutting board seems nice, has a good size, sits flat, and has some heft to it. Only reason for 4 stars is how under seasoned the board was upon opening. I’ve had it for two days, oiling it multiple times a day and it is getting close to being ready to use.

Loved this board when I first received it back in late October 2023 fast forward to one month later and it already has a significant crack forming, I’ve tried contacting support multiple times via their website and haven’t got a single response back. If this review is still at 2 stars it means they never contacted me to fix the issue.*Update* Seller contacted me and is sending replacement board.

It said it was conditioned already but I don't think so. I ordered January 8th, 2 weeks later it bowed and by Feb 20th there are several dry cracks. Very disappointing.

I wanted a large light color cutting board for the kitchen counter in my new modern farmhouse kitchen. All of the exposed wood in my house is unfinished cypress and I was looking for a hardwood cutting light in color that would somewhat match. This board worked perfectly. It looks beautiful, is large enough and seems to be made very well.

I love that it is 2 sided & has a drip catcher on 1 side. I use 1 side as a fruit slicer & the other as a pastry board. No cutting allowed on the pastry side. The only drawback is the weught. It is pretty heavy for this little old lady. As you can see in pic # 2, the pastry cloth, whick I bought at Amazon, fits perfectly. I put elastic on the corners to hold it in place. In pic # 3, you can see I attached a chain to hang it on the side of my microwave cart & put little rubber dots on the corners to hold the board still when I'm rolling on it.

I recently purchased an XXL hard maple cutting board and boy is it beautiful! And it holds up very well to being cut on routinely as advertised. However, some of the joints have started separating at the ends and its only been two weeks. I have hand washed only and have made sure to wet both sides so that the drying process is achieved on both side evenly, then dried while standing on end.I have made several attempts at contacting the company for resolution or replacement and have not received any type of response. I'm disappointed because all the reviews I read stated that even if there were issues that the company made right by the customer, in a timely fashion. Thus far I have not seen that to be the case.

Well finished. We opted for the large size, as being vegetarian we cut a lot of vegetables every week and the X-Large holds all the cut and uncut pieces on the board.I glued some Teflon slides onto the bottom side to create airflow and keep the board dry after washing.

This is a very large chopping/cheese board. It is huge in fact and can be used to protect your kitchen work tops or use it as a serving board for parties. The wood is very nice with a nice smooth finish. I can't complain about the product but I just can't justify that price!If money is of no object to you then this will be fine, but if you are on a budget you might need to look elsewhere.

THIS BOARD IS 61cmx 46cm AND NOT 58cmx43 !!!!It makes all the difference for me as it does not fit on my counter. I am, returning it and I feel quite annoyed about it.
