I love it. I get a lot of compliments. Do keep in mind that the carafe is insulated and the built-in maker does not have a hot plate. So the coffee will not stay continuously hot. Only as hot as the insulated carafe will keep it hot. I don't mind because I get up and drink my coffee right away. I've saved a lot of coffee I only brewing the one pot in the morning

I love this. It is fun to use. It looks great and takes no space. I had mine installed on a mini remodel. Highly recommend. A mug holds 2 cups. So 4 cups is 2 mugs of coffee. It don't keep it hit but it's small so I make more. It's done fast and quiet in operation. I'm giddy with my new toy.

I have had mine for two years now and it is by far the best appliance in my house. Works like a charm and my coffee comes out perfect every time. Bonus points b.c. I never have to fill it with water <3

Sorry to say after 4 uses it stopped working. Hoping Amazon will help with this. You can see my husband working on the issue.
