They mix well in water. Small enough to carry around with you. No sugar at all. They also taste great to. Good and effective at quinching your thirst to.

I'm fairly new to Gatorade Zero, but have been trying many of the flavors to see which ones I like best. The orange is always great and the fruit punch a classic. But what really surprised me is the Glacier Freeze which tastes like blue raspberry. The grape is also really delicious! What I love to do is make a Gatorade Zero in a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle of water, then drink some of it and then I leave the bottle in the freezer just until it gets sort of icy cold. Amazing! Don't leave the bottle in the freezer overnight unless it is only half full or you will have a problem to clean up as water just expands greatly when frozen! I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice but I drink these flavors when I feel really thirsty and water is not quenching my thirst. I think I struggle with electrolyte balance in the summer heat and when I leave the house I take one of these with me to cool down and keep me from getting extra thirsty! ~The Rebecca Review

The Gatorade packets were useful on a recent backpacking trip. The variety of flavors kept me motivated to hydrate. The weight savings is incredible. I couldn’t carry liquid/bottled Gatorade on a 200 mile hike, so these packets are a perfect match for my needs. They also help mask the taste of some water sources that you just have to tolerate. Recommend Gatorade Powder and the variety provided. On a thru hike, one flavor won’t work. The product satisfied my needs. (Bonus comment: I also find these great for air travel. You can’t bring liquid past security, but you can bring an empty water bottle. I often take these on a plane and either mix in a water bottle that I refill after security or ask a flight attendant for ice water on the plane.)

Not in favor of the fruit punch flavor.

I have used this product for a little more than a month. I drink one serving immediately upon waking in the morning so that I can start hydrating prior to doing anything. The taste of the various flavors is quite good. It is nice that they are sugar free. I would have given the item five stars except for the price, it is quite high. I have recently switched to similar zero-calorie hydration product at about 1/3 of the price.

Good. A nice way to get in my electrolytes.

My son LOVED the convenience of these for sports. He keeps packs in his bag and then will use them with his sports water bottle when he needs extra hydration. They are easy enough for him to open, and he’s in third grade. I thought they were really budget friendly, and we love the zero sugar option!

Convenient, good taste, and cheaper than bottles.
