Simple and easy
Very easy to use if you have any experience with super glue. Did not set too quickly when preparing the pieces and the quick drying application spray dirtied it instantly. Starbond has a great set of products and this did not miss any expectations. Will be my go-to for fletching arrows quickly and efficiently.

Great Adhesion
The super glue with the help of the activator works great. It dries faster than the regular super glue thanks to the activator.

Starbond is the only CA glue I have used for years
One of my grandsons had the fletching come loose on a couple of his arrows and when I went to get my old bottle of Starbond CA from the refrigerator, I discovered that someone had apparently dropped it cracking the top such that the bottle was sealed very well. OK, now some may be thinking why was it in the refrigerator? Well, Starbond has 30 month guarantee if stored under 40°F, so that’s where I have kept it for years. When you go to use it, you do not need to let it warm up, just use it like normal. I have kept it refrigerated for over 5 years and even though Starbond doesn’t guarantee it that long, it still works fine.Since I needed a new bottle, might as well get the kind specified for what I’m doing. The bottle had a nice long pointed tip that required cutting a minimal amount from the end of it. The archery CA glue is a medium thick consistency which made it very easy to use the tip to spread the glue on the shaft side of the loose fletching. Unlike the thinner CA, the medium thick glue doesn’t set immediately and allows the piece to be positioned where you want it. A short time later, it isn’t moving anywhere. I didn’t use any of the accelerator as I had previously read that the accelerator can make the bond not as flexible and strong. These arrows weren’t going right back in service but will have the full but minimal time to fully cure before being used again.

Works just like I had hoped
First off, I've got to say that I'm not an archer; I'm a woodworker. Maybe there are reasons this kit is not right for my purposes, but I've seen so many videos of other woodworkers using accelerator on superglue that I've really been wanting to give it a try.So far, it has really met my every expectation. The two primary ways I've seen it used are (1) gluing the two parts together as usual with superglue and then hitting the edge of the joint with accelerator, and (2) putting glue on one surface, and a shot or two of accelerator on the other, then putting the two pieces together within a couple of seconds before the accelerator evaporates. In my experience, both worked, but the first method was easier to pull apart, at least after several seconds, because the accelerator hadn't penetrated deep into the joint yet, and the glue in the center was still uncured. I guess, depending on your own application, that could be a plus or a minus. If you might need to reposition your parts, you don't want all the glue to set instantly.Overall, I'm very happy with the product and would recommend it for a multitude of uses beyond archery!

Updated Review
I am going to have to apologize. I went to review this product and realized I had accidentally reviewed a different adhesive under this product. This product works great. It works just like super glue but is not nearly as brittle as normal superglue. It is great for uses where you expect the finished product to experience shock or impact. Archery is a great use for it but I am using it in my 3d Prints where I expect normal superglue to fail due to repeated vibration. So far I have had no problems with this product.

A little bit goes a long way... strong bond
Seems I am constantly running out of adhesives for different arrow components and this time it was for vanes. I am glad I found this product because it has additional spray to speed up curing to almost instant. The glue is easy to open and close and, once opened, is recommended to be kept in low temperatures (ie. fridge). After a few days of use on-and-off I didn't notice any significant different in the adhesive's consistency. There is a typo in the directions in the back where it reads "Excess amount main slow curing"... instead of "may slow curing"... there are no other directions included, and that's my main complaint. I don't know what exactly it will adhere to (aluminum arrows.. carbon arrows... wrapped arrows... bow parts... etc...)...I also tried using it inside by hard bow case and it came loose, so definitely doesn't bind to all plastics. I do wish it had some directions to indicate what kinds of bond to expect and how to use the spray accelerator.Overall is a good product and works up to par with other archery adhesives. Just wish it had more literature and directions.
