Don't buy this stuff, it's terrible.
This is the worst thing I ever bought on Amazon, l don't know what it is but it is supposed to be lemon zest. It cost eleven dollars and it tastes like chemicals, it doesn't even smell or look like lemon peel. Wish I could get my money back !!!

not as good as the fresh lemon
We used it instead of fresh lemon zest in a recipe we cook often. The good lemony flavor was lacking. We were hoping that using it would save us some time and work with the fresh lemons, but the time it save is not worth the lack of flavor. We are going back to the real lemon.
