CNDVinylux Long Wear Nail Polish (No Lamp Required), 15 ml, Purple Shades

I had my nails done at a college and trainee beautician used this make in pink bikini. Loved the colour so much that ordered it straight away. The nail polish lasted a full week and that’s with me swimming and working so hands in water all the time. So impressed that just coming on to order another colour . Trust the process apply base coat then 2 thin coats and a top coat (I already had a cheap base coat so no need to buy an expensive one) Not one to leave reviews but this deserved one in my opinion x

My partner love this product. Easy to apply, dried quickly and no lamp needed. Lasted for nearly 2 weeks. Gives a lovely shine.

Easy to apply and beautiful natural colour

Needs a few coats and nails need to be perfect before use or it’s looks awful. Colour is ok, nothing special.

With the top coat, this lasted for a wholesale without even a scratch! Best polish I've ever used. I'll be looking at other colours to add to my collection.

‘Denim Patch’ is from the CND Vinylux Long Wear Nail Polish System.This gorgeous greyish blue polish gave a good but slightly streaky first coat coverage which surprised me considering how thin its consistency was. Applying it was a dream thanks to the amazing brush and it’s curve hugging design which made it so easy to apply the polish precisely and even though my hands are a little unsteady, I was still able to achieve a neat and tidy result.It dried super fast but as it dried it seemed to sink into my less than perfect nails and magnify their ridges and other imperfection. I applied a 2nd coat, as directed, and while this did improve things with a slightly thicker coverage, the ridges were still fairly noticeable.This polish is step 1 in a 2 step system with step 2 being their Long Wear topcoat - which it says ‘must be used for ultimate performance’ - as I didn’t have the topcoat I don’t think it is fair of me to complain that the polish had chipped, on every nail, within a few hours of painting.Overall this is a truly beautiful shade of denim blue that disappointed through no fault of its own - so I’m off to buy the necessary top coat and a ridge filler so I can give it a second chance ;)

‘Tropix’ is a beautiful coral from the CND Vinylux Long Wear Nail Polish System.This pretty polish had a fairly thin consistency but gave an almost fully opaque coverage in the first coat. The upside of such a thin consistency was that it dried very fast, the downside was that it clung to every imperfection on my nails.My nails are not in perfect condition, I have prominent ridges and they tend to peel and sadly this polish really highlighted these flaws. A second coat gave a little more coverage but didn’t improve things by much. On the plus side the brush was fabulous, it applied the polish quickly and precisely thanks to the perfect width and shape of it.Apparently CND sell a ridge filling base coat so I think I may need to invest in a bottle of this along with the Long Wear topcoat as this polish only lasted 3 days before it started to wear on the tips of my nails.Overall I can’t really complain about the performance of this polish if I didn’t follow the advice given because after all, it does say that this is a 2 step system and that they must be used together for ultimate performance which would give 7 days wear & care.

These varnishes last longer than any I have tried, around 5 days for me which is perfect for the work week.This colour is beautiful.
