I made a pair of shorts with this fabric, they worked out great! Planning to use the leftovers to make a pair for my son as well. No it’s not soft, it’s just cotton, don’t expect really soft gingham.

Good feel and function.
I used for clothing for toddlers and as part of a baby quilt. Launders well. Woven with nice feel. More cotton like than many blends. Resists wrinkling.
