This is a beautifully written book with stunning photography and delicious recipes. I felt transported to the ethereal Cornish coast with the imagery and am enjoying cooking my way through the various recipes. There is something for every season and occasion - and lots can be adapted to suit individual tastes.

Lots of simple and delicious recipes where the quality of ingredients plays the main role. You’ll find recipes for any time of the day. Book is filled with beautiful pictures of the dishes and Cornish coasts. I have tested a few recipes and I’m not disappointed. Totally recommend.

I’m sorry Emily but this doesn’t have the wonderful Cornish feel of sea & shore and the recipes are ok but didn’t really grab me .. I remember when I first opened sea and shore Its pages took me to Cornwall not this one … I’m sure I will use it at some point
