The headset is very efficient and comfortable. I love the level of noise reduction and more importantly, it's plug and play so the connectivity is great. The wire is long enough to support movement within the desk area and a small room. Good value for money.

Good headphones, no issues with connectivity, it does everything automatically, so no common issues with audio or microfon. Very easy to use and comfortable to wear.

Purchased as a second headset for travelling with, as I didn’t want to damage my expensive wireless one. Connected via usb with no hassle and works well.The only gripe I had is the switch box on the cord for volume, mure etc has a disconnect button on and if you have a few points during a call where you swing your head round and the cable moves you can knock the box and flip it upside down and disconnect your call, so it would be nice if this was either weightier or it could be fixed with a bracket? I disconnected a few calls half way though!Call quality and clarity through the headset is great and the build quality is exactly what you expect from Jabra

Excellent sound quality and microphone feature. Works smooth and no hassle

I work from home and have been using this headset daily for 2 years. The sound and microphone quality is fantastic for the price. The build seems flimsy but have lasted very well. They are also very comfortable for wearing all day.

I have left it a few months before reviewing this headset in order to be able to give an honest review. This is the first time I have tried this brand and I have to say I am impressed. The headset itself seems robust and very well made. Easy to set up, literally just plug in and it works! Overall comfort is okay …great for short periods you hardly know you have it in, however, after about 1-2 hours wear you start to feel it digging into your ear and becomes quite uncomfortable. I have to wear this for at least 4 hours a day and by the end of the day my ear is sore. However, sound quality is good.The reason I have not given this 5 stars is A. The comfort and B. It’s not compatible with my work mobile phone, can only use this via computer. I have purchased several adpaptors to try to use this with the phone but simply does not work. Really disappointing as I have ti take calls via computer and mobile through the day (with my old headset I could just plug from one to another but this one unfortunately doesn’t do that)If you are looking for a headset to use with teams and other programs such as telephony suite then this is good and would recommend

Good quality but sound is not that loud even at full volume, not good for teams calls especially if the connection is bad.
